Should addicts be encouraged to be sterilise
Drug addicts are being offered money to be sterilised, to stop babies being damaged by drugs during pregnancy.It exploits very vulnerable people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol the move has been criticised by some drug charities who work with addicts
